Czar Press LLC is a letterpress and fine printing shop in Orange County, California. We print for designers, stationers and other businesses in the trade, and for retail customers. We run czarpress.com, its client portal and the forms on it. On this page, "we" and "us" mean Czar Press LLC, and "you" means anyone who uses the website or works with us.
This page holds our Terms and Conditions, our terms for calls and texts, our Privacy Policy, how we use cookies, your data rights, how to tell us not to sell or share your personal information, our accessibility statement and how to reach us. It is effective October 29, 2026 and was last updated October 29, 2026.
Terms and Conditions
Effective October 29, 2026. Last updated October 29, 2026.
1. These terms
These terms apply when you use czarpress.com, the client portal and the forms on the website. By using them, you agree to these terms and to the other notices on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Each print job is also covered by the estimate, proofing agreement and invoice we give you for it, and by any written agreement we sign with you, such as wholesale account or credit terms. If one of those conflicts with these terms, it controls for that job.
2. Quotes, orders and proofs
A quote request or order sent through the website is a request, not a contract. Prices, turnaround times and other details on the website are general information until we confirm them in a written estimate. We may decline any request.
Production starts when your job is ready: estimate approved, final artwork in, proofing agreement signed and invoice paid, unless your account has other written terms. Please check every proof carefully. When you approve a proof, we print what you approved.
3. Your artwork and files
You keep ownership of the artwork, text, photos, mailing lists and other files you send us. You give us permission to use, copy, adjust and store them only as needed to quote, proof, print, finish and ship your job, handle reorders and keep our records.
When you send files, you confirm that you have the right to have them printed, that you may share any names and addresses in them with us for your job, and that printing them does not break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. We may decline work that we believe does.
4. Client portal accounts
Client portal accounts are for our customers, and wholesale accounts are approved by us. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us right away at info@czarpress.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
5. Using the website
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not:
- interfere with the website, its security or anyone else's use of it;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data you are not allowed to use;
- send malicious code, spam or automated traffic, or collect data from the website by automated means;
- use the website to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights; or
- pretend to be someone else or misstate your connection with anyone.
6. Our content and name
The website's text, photos and designs, and the Czar Press LLC name and logo, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in working with us. You may not copy, republish or sell them, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
7. Other websites and services
Links to other websites, and services run by other companies that we use, such as Google Drive for sharing files, Intuit QuickBooks for invoices and payments and carriers' tracking pages, are covered by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Electronic communications
We may send you notices, estimates, proofs, invoices and other messages by email or through the client portal. As far as the law allows, you agree that these meet any requirement that they be in writing.
9. Calls, texts and privacy
Our terms for calls and text messages are under Calls and texts. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the website
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the website or the client portal at any time. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that they will always be available, current or free of errors. If you notice an error, please tell us.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and the client portal are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind about the website itself, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not affect any promise we make in an estimate, proofing agreement or invoice, or any warranty or right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, and unless your estimate, proofing agreement or invoice says otherwise:
- Czar Press LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the website or the client portal; and
- our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and for any other claim about the website or the client portal, to one hundred dollars ($100).
These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Claims by others
If someone makes a claim against us because of files or content you sent us that you did not have the right to use, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing law and disputes
California law governs these terms and any dispute about the website, the client portal or our work for you, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not take away any right the law gives you to bring or defend a case in another court that cannot be waived, and either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
15. Notice for California users
There is no charge to use this website. Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users may contact the Consumer Information Center of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our website, our services or the law change. We post the new version on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we also tell client portal account holders by email or in the portal. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not change the terms of an order already placed. To ask for an earlier version, contact us.
17. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written permission; we may transfer ours to a business that takes over the website or our services. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, except for paying money owed. These terms, the other notices on this page and the documents for your orders are the entire agreement between you and us about the website and the client portal.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms: email info@czarpress.com, call (949) 439-1131 or write to Czar Press LLC, 17891 Sky Park Circle, Suite A, Irvine, CA 92614.
Calls and texts
These terms apply to calls and text messages from Czar Press LLC. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in a call, text or message.
Calls
When you give us your phone number on a form, in an email or on a call, we use it to reach you about the quote, order, proofs, shipping or account you contacted us about.
Text messages
We text only people who have agreed to receive our texts, and people who text us first, in which case we reply about their message. Giving us your phone number on a quote, order or application form does not sign you up for texts. Agreeing to texts is always a separate choice, made with a box you check yourself that is never checked for you, and it is never a condition of buying from us.
Program: Czar Press LLC project texts. We text about your quotes, proofs, orders, shipping and account. We do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text from us. You may get one message confirming that you are opted out, and then no more texts. You can also stop calls or texts by choosing "Stop calls or texts" on the request form under Your data rights, emailing info@czarpress.com, calling (949) 439-1131 or telling us in any other reasonable way. We honor every request promptly, and always within 10 business days.
For help, reply HELP, email info@czarpress.com or call (949) 439-1131.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your text opt-in and consent, with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The messaging provider that delivers our texts receives them only to deliver our messages.
A visit to this website or an ordinary inquiry is never treated as permission to text you or to market to you.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026. Last updated October 29, 2026.
Who this covers
Czar Press LLC is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers information we collect online and offline: on czarpress.com and the client portal, through our forms, by email, phone and mail, and in person. It explains what we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.
Notice at collection
When you use a form on this website, we collect what the form asks for, as listed under Information we collect below. We use it to answer you, to quote, print, ship and invoice your work, to run your account, to protect the website and to keep the records the law requires. The categories we collect, including the one kind of sensitive personal information we hold, are under Categories of personal information, and how long we keep each is under Retention. We do not sell or share any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Quote and order forms. Your name, company, email address, phone number and billing address; your project title and details, such as pieces, quantities, sizes, printing methods, colors, papers, finishing and the date you need it; the files and file links you send and how the files were made; any promo code; how you heard about us and who referred you; and your agreement to our terms.
- Wholesale application. Your name, job title, phone number and email address (which becomes your client portal sign-in); your company name, website, business type and billing and shipping addresses; your business tax ID (EIN, or a tax or VAT number outside the United States); your resale certificate number, state and expiration date and the resale certificate form you upload; what you make and how you would work with us; and links to your business and social media profiles.
- Client portal. Your account details (name, email address, company and a password stored only in scrambled form), your projects and their status, proofs, files, invoices and shipping and tracking details.
- Files and mailing lists. The artwork, photos, text and mailing or guest lists you send us to print. These can include other people's names and addresses and photos of people. We use them only for your job.
- Payments. When you pay an invoice online, you pay through Intuit QuickBooks, which handles your card or bank details. We receive a record of the payment. The website itself takes no payments.
- Shipping. Names, addresses and phone numbers for delivery, and tracking details from carriers.
- Email, calls, mail and in person. What you send or tell us, and ordinary records of our calls and emails.
- Privacy requests and opt-outs. What you enter on the request form, the time we receive it and whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal. To limit abuse, we keep a coded form of your network address for up to one hour and a coded form of the email address you give for one day; neither is part of your request record. If the form needs a correction, what you typed is held for 15 minutes so the page can show it back to you. When you use the Do Not Sell or Share button, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we log the time, how the opt-out was made, the page address and a coded form of a random value stored in your browser, with no name, network address or browser details.
- Cookie choices. An anonymous record of each choice you save in Cookies and Preferences, described under Cookies and Preferences.
- Your visit. Our host, its network and our security tools receive ordinary request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website: the time, the page requested, your network (IP) address, your browser type and the response. Sign-in attempts are logged with the account name used and the network address. When a form runs its spam check, Google receives information about your device and browser. When your browser loads our typefaces, Adobe receives your network address and the address of the page.
Categories of personal information
In the past 12 months we collected the categories below, from the sources and for the purposes shown. We disclosed each category only to the service providers listed under Who receives it, for those purposes, and when the law required it. We did not sell or share any of them.
- Identifiers: name, postal address, email address, phone number, client portal sign-in, network (IP) address and the request ID we give a privacy request. Sources: you, your browser or device, and customers who send us mailing lists. Purposes: answer you, quote, print, ship and invoice your work, run your account, protect the website and keep our records.
- Personal information described in California Civil Code section 1798.80(e): name, address and phone number, and for wholesale accounts, business tax ID and resale certificate details. Sources: you. Purposes: the same as identifiers, and keeping the tax records for wholesale sales.
- Commercial information: quotes, orders, proofs, invoices, payments, shipping and tracking records, and wholesale account status. Sources: you, our work for you, Intuit and carriers. Purposes: do and bill the work and keep tax and accounting records.
- Professional information: your company, job title, business type, website and profile links. Source: you. Purposes: run wholesale and portal accounts and answer you.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: request and security logs, sign-in records, spam checks, Global Privacy Control signals and our anonymous record of cookie choices. Source: your browser or device. Purposes: deliver and protect the website, stop spam and abuse, keep accounts secure and honor your privacy choices. Disclosed to: WP Engine, Cloudflare, Google and Wordfence.
- Visual information: photos and images in the files you send us. Source: you. Purpose: print your job.
- Sensitive personal information: your client portal sign-in with its password. Purpose: let you sign in and keep your account secure. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or other government ID, health information or precise location. The wholesale application asks for your business's tax ID; if you enter a Social Security number instead, we use it only for your wholesale account's tax records.
We do not collect biometric, health or precise location information, and we do not draw inferences about you or build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use personal information to answer you, to quote, proof, print, finish, ship and invoice your work, to run client portal and wholesale accounts, to send you email about your quotes, proofs, orders, invoices, shipping and account, to protect the website and our accounts, to stop spam and abuse, to fix problems, to handle privacy requests and to keep the records the law requires. We do not send marketing email or marketing texts, we do not use personal information for advertising, and no automated system makes decisions about you.
Who receives it
We give personal information to these service providers only so they can provide their services to us:
- WP Engine, which hosts the website and client portal, and Cloudflare, which runs WP Engine's network that delivers and protects them;
- Google, for our email, for storing project files in Google Drive and showing them in the client portal, for the reCAPTCHA spam check on our quote and order form and wholesale application, and for staff sign-in;
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), for customer records and the email we send about quotes, projects and accounts, and for text messages if you agree to them;
- Intuit QuickBooks Online, for customer records, estimates, invoices and payments;
- ClickUp, for tracking projects;
- ShipStation and the carriers that deliver orders, such as UPS and USPS;
- n8n, which runs the automation that moves information between these systems;
- Adobe Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this website;
- Wordfence, which helps protect the website;
- the email service that sends our website's messages, such as privacy request receipts, and the hosting and backup services that keep backup copies of the website; and
- EverIntent, which builds and maintains the website, the client portal and our automation.
Some of these providers, such as n8n, process information outside the United States, including in the European Union. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights, property and safety, as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, or when you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data and consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. None of the recipients above receives text opt-in data and consent except the messaging provider that delivers our texts, which uses it only for that.
Selling, sharing and sensitive personal information
Czar Press LLC does not sell or share personal information and has not done so in the past 12 months. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising or profiling. Because we sell or share none, we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you ask for, to keep accounts secure and for the other limited purposes California law allows.
Shine the Light
California residents may ask whether we have disclosed their personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose. To ask, email info@czarpress.com with "Shine the Light" in the subject, or write to us at the address above.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not let other companies do so through this website for advertising. So the website works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Google, for the spam check on our forms, and Adobe, for our typefaces, receive technical information from your browser when it loads their services, as described above, and use it to provide those services.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request not to sell or share your personal information from that browser, and we honor it on every page as it loads. Cookies and Preferences shows "Opt-Out Request Honored" when your browser sends one. See Do Not Sell or Share.
Retention
We keep each kind of information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or remove what identifies you:
- Customer, order, invoice, payment and shipping records (identifiers, commercial and professional information): while you are a customer, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes and for reorders.
- Wholesale application details, tax ID and resale certificates: while your wholesale account is open, and afterward for as long as tax law requires us to keep them.
- Files, photos and mailing lists: while we need them for your job and for reorders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client portal accounts and sign-in details: until the account is closed.
- Emails and messages: while they relate to an open job or account, and afterward as part of our customer records.
- Privacy request records: 24 months after we close the request. A record of a deletion request, or of a request not to sell or share or to stop calls or texts, is kept as long as needed to keep it in effect.
- Opt-out log and the anonymous record of cookie choices: 24 months, and an opt-out as long as needed to keep it in effect.
- Do-not-contact list: if you ask us to stop calls, texts or email, we keep your number or address and the date on that list for as long as needed to honor it, even after a deletion request.
- Website request and security logs: only for our host's and security tools' standard logging periods. The coded network and email addresses used to limit abuse: one hour and one day.
- Backups: kept for a limited time and then replaced.
Your choices
You can review and change your account details on the Account page of the client portal. To see, correct or delete other information we hold, see Your data rights.
Security
No service on the internet can guarantee perfect security. We use safeguards suited to the website, the client portal and our records, limit access to the people who handle your work or request, and look into problems we find.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults ordering print work. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once every 12 months and update it when our website, providers, practices or the law change. We post the new version on this page with its date. If we make a material change, we also tell client portal account holders by email or in the portal before it applies, and we do not use information already collected in a materially different way without your consent.
Contact
Questions about this policy: email info@czarpress.com, call (949) 439-1131 or write to Czar Press LLC, 17891 Sky Park Circle, Suite A, Irvine, CA 92614.
Cookies and Preferences
This website runs no analytics or advertising, and it has no optional cookies or scripts today. The cookies and stored values below are the essential ones it needs to work.
What this website uses
- Signing in. When you sign in to the client portal, WordPress sets cookies that keep you signed in (wordpress_logged_in_, wordpress_sec_ and wordpress_test_cookie). They end when you sign out or close your browser, or after 14 days if you choose to stay signed in. A password reset sets a short-lived cookie for the reset, and our security plugin may set a cookie for signed-in users so its firewall recognizes them.
- File uploads. While you fill in the quote and order form or the wholesale application, the file uploader keeps the email address and the project title or business name you typed in two cookies, WPCP-FORM-NAME and WPCP-FORM-VALUES, so your files go into the right folder. They end when you close your browser. It may also set WPCP_UUID, which holds a random value.
- Spam protection. The quote and order form and the wholesale application use Google reCAPTCHA, which sets a cookie named _GRECAPTCHA for its check. Because reCAPTCHA loads from google.com, cookies Google has already set there may be sent to Google.
- Security. Cloudflare, which runs our host's network, may set __cf_bm (up to 30 minutes), _cfuvid (until you close your browser) or cf_clearance (after a security check) to tell people from automated traffic. They protect the website and are not used to track you.
- Your opt-out. If you tell us not to sell or share your personal information, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we store eic_opt_out for two years so we remember it, and eic_vid, which holds a random value so our opt-out log can tell browsers apart without identifying anyone.
- Your cookie choice. When you save a choice in Cookies and Preferences, it is stored in your browser's local storage as everintent-preferences, described below.
- Typefaces. Our typefaces come from Adobe Fonts, which sets no cookies. Adobe receives your network address and the page address when your browser requests the fonts.
- File previews. In the client portal, file previews come from Google Drive, and Google may set its own cookies when it shows them.
Cookies and Preferences
The first time you visit, a Cookies and Preferences bar at the bottom of the page offers Reject All, Customize and Accept All. They carry equal weight, and closing a page, scrolling or browsing is never a choice. Customize opens a panel that lists every category: Essential is always on because the website needs it, and any optional category starts off and runs only after you turn it on. Today there are no optional categories, so every choice leaves only the essential cookies above. If we add an optional cookie or script, we list it in the panel first, and the bar asks you again.
Your choice is stored in this browser as everintent-preferences for 180 days, or until you reset it or clear this website's data. It holds your choices, how you made them, whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal at that moment, the date you saved it and the date it expires. Nothing is stored until you choose. You can change or reset your choice at any time with the button below.
Our record of your choices
Each time you press Reject All, Accept All or Save Choices, or reset your choices, the page sends us a short record of it. The record holds the hour we received it, the version of the notice on screen, the button you used, whether you used the bar or the panel, the resulting setting of each optional category and whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal. It holds no name, contact detail, network address, browser details, cookie or other identifier, so it does not show who you are. We use these records only to show how choices on this website are honored, never for marketing, and we keep each one for 24 months.
Each record is added as a new entry and never edited, and each entry carries a digital fingerprint that covers its contents and the entry before it. We also keep the exact text of each version of the bar, the panel and this section, with its own fingerprint and the date it took effect. Your choice works whether or not the record reaches us.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the bar and the panel show "Global Privacy Control detected: Opt-Out Request Honored," any optional marketing or advertising category stays off, and we treat the signal as a request not to sell or share for that browser.
Your browser settings
You can block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser's settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies stops the client portal from working, and deleting this website's stored data resets your Cookies and Preferences choice.
Your data rights
Your rights
California law gives California residents rights over the personal information that businesses it covers hold about them, and other states give similar rights. We offer the rights below to everyone who asks, wherever they live and whether or not a law requires it. You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you: the categories, where it came from, why we collected it, who we disclosed it to and the specific information, covering everything we hold unless you ask for a shorter period;
- send you a copy of your personal information in a portable, easy-to-use format;
- delete personal information we collected from you or about you, except what the law lets us or requires us to keep, such as tax records;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- not sell or share your personal information, and limit the use of your sensitive personal information;
- stop calling or texting you; and
- review a decision we made on your request, by appeal.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, give you a different quality of service or retaliate against you in any other way for using these rights, including if you are a job applicant, employee or contractor.
How to ask
Use the request form below, email info@czarpress.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, call (949) 439-1131 or write to Czar Press LLC, 17891 Sky Park Circle, Suite A, Irvine, CA 92614. You do not need an account, and there is no fee. Please do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, passwords or payment details.
Checking it's you
Before we act on a request to know, get a copy, correct or delete, we confirm that it comes from you, so we never disclose or delete information for the wrong person. If you have a client portal account, we may ask you to sign in to confirm the request. Otherwise we match details you give us with information we already hold: two details for most requests, and for a copy of the specific information, three details and a signed statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person the information is about. We use what you give us only to check your identity and handle your request. If we cannot confirm it is you, we tell you what is missing.
We do not ask you to prove who you are for a request not to sell or share, to limit the use of sensitive personal information or to stop calls or texts.
Authorized agents
Someone you authorize can make a request for you by any of the same methods; on the request form, they tick "I'm an authorized agent for someone else." For a request to know, get a copy, correct or delete, we ask the agent for your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly or to confirm that you gave permission. We do not ask for more if the agent has a power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130.
What happens after you ask
- Every request gets a request ID and is recorded with the time we received it. On the form you see both right away, with a fingerprint that identifies our record, and if you give an email address we also email you a receipt.
- Do not sell or share, and limit the use of sensitive personal information: we apply these from the time we receive them, and always within 15 business days.
- Stop calls or texts: we stop promptly, and always within 10 business days. Replying STOP to a text stops texts right away.
- Know, get a copy, correct and delete: we confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why before those 45 days end, and we answer within 90 days at most.
- Appeals: we answer in writing within 45 days.
If we do not do everything you asked, we tell you what we did, what we did not do and why, unless the law prevents it. You can appeal by replying to our answer, by choosing "Appeal a decision" on the request form and giving your request ID in the details, or by emailing info@czarpress.com with "Appeal" in the subject. If we deny your appeal, we tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
Our record of requests
We record every request and each step we take on it: our confirmation, the identity check, any extension and its reason, our answer and any denial. Each step is added as a new entry and never edited or removed; a correction is added as a new entry. Each entry carries a digital fingerprint that covers its contents and the entry before it. We keep these records for 24 months after we close the request, use them only to handle requests and show how we handled them, and never use them for marketing.
Make a request
Use the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Czar Press LLC does not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. You can still tell us not to, now or for the future, and we will honor it. We do not ask you to prove who you are for this.
Use the button below to turn the opt-out on for this browser; we store a cookie so we remember it. Or choose "Do not sell or share my personal information" on the request form above, email info@czarpress.com with "Do not sell or share" in the subject, or call (949) 439-1131, and we apply it to you by name. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated the same way for that browser, and Cookies and Preferences shows "Opt-Out Request Honored."
Limit the use of my sensitive personal information: we use sensitive personal information only for the limited purposes California law allows, such as letting you sign in to your account. You can still send a request to limit it through the request form or any method above, and we will record and honor it.
Accessibility
Czar Press LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and the client portal. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving it.
We design pages to work with a keyboard and a visible focus indicator, with text descriptions for meaningful images, readable contrast, phone layouts without sideways scrolling and motion that stops when your device asks for reduced motion, and we design forms with labels and clear error messages. Some content comes from other companies, such as file previews from Google Drive in the client portal, the file uploader on our forms and the reCAPTCHA spam check, and it may not fully meet these guidelines.
If something on the website does not work for you, email info@czarpress.com or call (949) 439-1131. Tell us the page and what happened and, if you like, the browser and assistive technology you use. We will reply promptly and help you another way in the meantime, for example by taking your quote request or order by phone or email.
